This Monday, Bay Oaks welcomes HealthFair to our grounds, where they will be providing low-cost, comprehensive health screenings to the public. Appointments are required and there are only 2 spots left so please contact them right away if you’d like to take advantage of this service.
Health Screening Results are read by a Board Certified physician and fall under two categories: Heart Disease, Stroke & Aneurysm Prevention (6 tests) and the Know Your Numbers Risk Assessment: 5 Year Disease Risk and Lipid Panel.
